Project Management is designed to allow the client to have peace of mind knowing that an experienced professional is at the forefront of their project. We will establish the scope of work, recommend and oversee contractors and schedules, manage the bidding and review process, and consult and recommend on all contractor negotiations. AS&D will regularly oversee the on-site work
and confirm that all work has been performed and completed as contracted.

* all clients who choose to continue additional services with AS&D will be issued a credit towards the Project "total". Design contract required.
PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
Project Management is designed to allow the clients to turn over all the stress of a remodel to a trusted professional determined to make sure all aspects of the project run as smoothly as possible.
Once contracted, our clients can be reassured the they will be under the watchful eye of friend and ally who is on their side.
We will :
Determine scope of work
Recommend, Contract, and Oversee contractors and subcontractors
Handle all retail purchases and returns associated with project
Manage schedules, Instalations and site visits
Manage and Clarify the bidding and estimating process to adhere to predetermined budget
Consult and recommend on all contractor negotiations, Change orders, additional work, and material installation
AS&D will regularly oversee the on-site work ( multiple weekly visits ) and confirm that all work has been performed and completed as contracted.
Stage, Inspect and Present "COMPLETED PROJECT"
Project management services are based on a percentage ( % ) of "Project Total. Percentage varies depending on scope and size of project ( 10-15% ) and will be agreed upon and prior to drafting "Service contract .
